Hayward Law PLLC (“Hayward Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information submitted through our website or otherwise provided to us electronically.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship Created by Website Use

Using this website, submitting information through a contact form, emailing us, scheduling a consultation, uploading documents, or otherwise communicating with Hayward Law does not create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only after Hayward Law completes its conflict check and both you and Hayward Law agree to the terms of representation.

Please do not send confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information unless and until Hayward Law has agreed to represent you.
